Booking advances go through each vendor's gateway. Platform subscriptions use the master admin's gateway.

Your booking gateway

Each vendor configures their own supported payment provider. Gateway secrets must be stored securely as Worker secrets or in a secure secret manager—not in frontend JavaScript.

Gateway adapter and signed webhook verification are not yet connected in this starter.

StoreX subscription gateway

The master admin uses a separate payment gateway for vendor subscriptions. Subscription payments are stored separately from customer booking payments.

Admin settings and subscription payment adapter require secure admin authentication.
BOOKING PAYMENT RULE

50% now. 50% at pickup.

For example, on a ₹2,000 rental, ₹1,000 is due at booking and ₹1,000 at vehicle pickup. Actual confirmation must wait for verified gateway payment.
